Excellent venue for business travelers but did not quite meet our tourist traveler needs. The rooms and bathrooms were lovely. My mom and I love the location as it’s next to the mall and we got to try out the dinner at The Grill Jichana at Southern Sun which was great! The staff at the hotel are always so welcoming. The breakfast and high tea are superb. The little surprises in the room for Mother's day were a nice touch.

It is also situated in a great location that provides easy access to other areas of Johannesburg. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with clean bathrooms and a lovely view of the leafy neighborhood. The staff provides outstanding service, going above and beyond to make every guest's stay special. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant offers a variety of excellent options for dining.

Some guests have noted that the shower may not be spacious enough for two people.

the Spa & wellness centre provided a full body massage that was relaxing and invigorating. the outdoor swimming pool with its sun loungers and beach umbrellas was perfect for soaking up the sun on a warm afternoon. the manicure and facial treatments were top, notch. the breakfast and in, room breakfast were excellent, and the restaurant's special diet menus were impressive. the bar/lounge area was cozy, and I loved the outdoor dining area. the staff at this hotel were attentive and provided excellent service.

The only minor issue I had with this hotel was the lack of a fitness centre on, site. It was inconvenient having to go to another venue for a workout.

The hotel where I stayed during my holiday was fantastic! the breakfast and dinner were so delicious - I loved the variety of options and everything tasted amazing. the staff were all very friendly and attentive to my needs. I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to help me have a great stay. the location was also perfect - I could easily walk to many shops and restaurants.

Honestly, there wasn't really anything I didn't like about this hotel. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the Wi-Fi could have been a bit faster.
