I recently stayed at a charming guesthouse nestled in a lovely garden. The location was ideal, close to local shops and a short distance from Newcastle. The room was spacious and comforting, providing a relaxing retreat. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, offering modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. Breakfast was delightful, with a variety of options to choose from. The overall experience was truly exceptional, with outstanding facilities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

There was one minor issue with the outside seating being dirty at times.

The personal touch from Lin & Collin made me feel special, and they even went out of their way to accommodate my breakfast requirements. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the homemade bread on Christmas morning. The well-maintained gardens and tranquil surroundings added to the overall experience. Our family had a great time during our city break. We were impressed with the well-equipped 2-bedroom suite, complete with foldable cots for the kids. the shops were within easy reach, making it convenient for us to stock up on essentials.

We had to wait at the gate for quite some time before being let in. the lack of Wi-Fi in the room was an issue, as we needed to be connected for work.
