The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with beautiful and spacious rooms, a comfortable bed, and a stunning view of Table Mountain. The staff, especially Yusuf, Jerome, and the rest of the concierge team, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get to-and-from the airport and visit attractions like Boulder beach. The rooms are modern and spacious, with good water pressure in the showers. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a level of service that makes you feel at home.

The hotel lacks small amenities like lotion and shower caps, which could be inconvenient for guests who forget to bring their own.

This hotel is so nice. We were here for 5 nights in total. Best thing is the staff - they are friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice, not busy. Good wifi, perfect for working. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern with a smart TV and nice shower. Great gym with good equipment. Situated in a peaceful part of the city. All the staff were incredible, always eager to help. Thank you for an amazing time!

Luxurious and Convenient We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and our luxurious needs were fully fulfilled with the exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were all amazing and exceptional. the massage and facial treatment we received was one of the best experiences we've had. the location is also great, with easy access to tourist destinations, the hop on hop off bus and fancy restaurants. the private facilities were also exceptional as we enjoyed the in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area.

Minor issue with service the only minor issue we experienced was with the service. Although the staff was friendly, we had to wait longer than expected to receive our packed lunches and special diet menus.

The free mimosas were tasty and the bed was comfortable. the hotel was located close to the city center and had a convenient shuttle to take us there. the rooftop pool was a nice bonus.

The noise level was unbearable. There was construction work going on right outside our window, making it impossible to sleep in or relax during the day.
