We had a fantastic stay at Audacia Manor Boutique. The rooms were beautifully decorated with stunning ocean views and a spacious patio. The bathroom was luxurious and had a relaxing bathtub. The hotel's location in the quiet suburb of Morningside was perfect, with easy access to eateries, shops, and the beach. we highly recommend this boutique hotel for its charm and comfort.

Excellent service, greeted by name, same room as previous visits, attentive staff, remembers preferred drinks and times. Spacious, well-furnished room with comfortable bed, balcony is a bonus. Good food even during power outages. Beautiful grounds, friendly and helpful staff, secure parking.

Centrally located hotel with comfortable beds. the staff were friendly and helpful, quickly resolving any issues. the restaurant had a great ambiance with glass doors and airy views. the temperature in the room was perfect. the food was amazing, with options like chicken wrap and beef fillet prepared to our liking. the manager, Shannon, was charming and took care of us throughout our stay. the attention to detail and care from the staff added sophistication to our experience.

The cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement, especially the shower and furniture in the room. the bathroom needed attention and the dining room was dirty.

My recent stay at Audacia Manor Boutique was absolutely delightful. The architecture of the hotel exuded old-world charm and elegance, making me feel like I was stepping into a different era. The Berkshire room I stayed in was spacious and had a balcony with a breathtaking view. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, especially Shannon, the general manager, who displayed exceptional professionalism and efficiency. Despite being busy, she always had a smile on her face and took the time to address any concerns or requests I had. The outside bar was also a great spot to unwind, even on chilly evenings. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Audacia Manor Boutique.

The hotel had a stunning swimming pool and a nice garden area which added a nice touch to the ambience. the Christmas decorations were very nice and added a festive vibe. the staff was helpful and pleasant to interact with, they surely did make an effort.

The hotel overall was in a state of disrepair, many aspects of the room needed to be tended to urgently. the bedding looked worn out and was not very comfortable, the bathroom was not up to standard and left a lot to be desired.

This hotel was a luxurious and tranquil oasis for a weekend getaway. the exclusive amenities, including the private facilities, were stunning. the outdoor dining area was the perfect spot for a delicious breakfast, and the restaurant and bar areas were cozy and inviting. the service was top-notch, with attentive staff catering to our every need. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was well-maintained and perfect for a refreshing dip.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service at the bar. this was quickly resolved by the attentive staff.

The breakfast was on point and we enjoyed it in the room and on the verandah, which offered a stunning view of the city and stadium. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spa bath where we could relax while watching the sunset.
