Incredible attention to detail. Beautifully put together hotel with elegant furniture, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Staff were kind and helpful. Enjoyed the early evening "aperitivo" with a selection of drinks and snacks in the relaxed lounge area.

The attention to detail was incredible, with thoughtful amenities like multi-plug outlets and a local cell phone to use. The beds were the most comfortable we've slept in during our trip. The staff, especially General Manager Declan, made us feel like part of their family from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of options made to order. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the town where we enjoyed amazing dining experiences. we can't recommend this hotel enough.

Close to main street, car arrangements available. Aperitives in orangery, live piano. Excellent restaurants nearby. Thoughtful details like towels, hats, sun creams. Hot tub in room, great sleep. Attention to detail, everything thought of. Would have stayed longer if not fully booked.

Spent an extraordinary New Year’s Eve at this marvelous hotel. The hospitality was incredible. The rooms were spacious, cozy blankets, and I was amazed by the heated bathroom floors in the morning. The location was perfect; short and safe walking distance to all the great restaurants and wineries. The free snacks and drinks were impressive, and the ambiance of the bar was on-point. I loved sitting by the fire in the evening with some music and drink.

The wood-fired hot tub took a while to warm up. , the portions at breakfast were a little bit skimpy, leaving me wanting more.

We definitely got our money's worth at Akademie Street Boutique. The room was absolutely stunning and one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main street, and the staff treated us like royalty.

This hotel offers an incredible and luxurious experience. The rooms are truly beautiful and equipped with exclusive amenities like a heated swimming pool, sun terrace and outdoor dining area. The service is outstanding, staff are attentive and friendly, always ready to fulfil any request. The breakfast is exquisite with special diet menus available.

We experienced only one minor issue with the entertainment. There was no live music during our stay, which would have added to the experience.

Just returned from an amazing stay at a boutique hotel in Franschhoek. The hospitality and reception were wonderful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a great place to relax. The beautiful courtyard was a lovely spot to enjoy the winter afternoon. We especially enjoyed the complimentary drinks and warm fire in the Orangerie room in the evenings. And I must mention, the breakfast was absolutely spectacular! our experience at Akademie Street Boutique was exceptional.
