I stayed at Alexander House for my 10 year anniversary and it exceeded all our expectations. The drive to the hotel was unique and the views were breathtaking. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The rooms were beautifully decorated and luxurious, with amazing amenities like a sauna, roman bath, and fireplace. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options. The highlight of our stay was the attentive and caring staff, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. When we visit again, we will definitely stay at Alexander House.

I had the most incredible stay at a hidden gem in Knysna! The attention to detail at this guest house is unparalleled. From the beautifully decorated rooms to the breathtaking views of the ocean, everything was simply perfect. The owner truly has a knack for creating a memorable experience. The breakfasts were absolutely delightful, with a selection of mouthwatering house specials. I even had a deck with a private jacuzzi overlooking the bluff - pure bliss! They truly thought of everything I needed, making me feel so well taken care of. I can't wait to come back and stay even longer next time. I highly recommend this remarkable place for a truly spectacular stay in Knysna!

Exceptional service, breathtaking views, amazing facilities, and delicious breakfasts. The staff went above and beyond to secure reservations and provide transportation for dinner. The rooms were beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches and the pool and jacuzzi added to the relaxing atmosphere. An unforgettable experience.

Located on the cliffs, this luxurious paradise offers spacious rooms with perfect beds, luxurious bathrooms, and stunning views. The friendly staff provides a taxi service to and from restaurants in the main communal area. The highlight of the stay is the delicious breakfast, contributing to a truly memorable experience.

Despite the helpful staff and lovely views, there was one negative aspect: the owner's rude behavior during check-out.

Great sea views and cosy atmosphere. The staff are accommodating and friendly. They offer free Wi-Fi and a variety of food options. The hotel is located near the beach and other places of interest.

The rooms are small and the air conditioning is not very effective. The hotel can be difficult to find, especially at night.

From the moment we arrived, we felt surrounded by luxury and comfort. The room had exclusive amenities like a private terrace with sun loungers and stunning views. The Spa & wellness centre had a variety of treatments and the Swimming pool was perfect to cool off. The outdoor dining area had an amazing ambiance and the breakfast menu was scrumptious with special diet menus available. Service was wonderful, and staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

Although minor, we noticed that the TV was small and outdated. However, it had a full array of channels which was a great surprise.

The staff were friendly and caring, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, offering a spectacular panorama of the bay. We also loved the breakfast options, with a wide variety of fresh breads, cheeses, cereals, and cooked dishes to choose from.

The drive up to the hotel was quite challenging, with a winding road that might not be suitable for nervous drivers. the decor of the hotel could be improved, as it lacked the elegance and charm we were expecting.
