During our recent stay at The Alphen, we were blown away by the stunning venue, pool, and gardens. The luxury suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with room for improvement. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service we received from the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and treated with utmost courtesy. The attention to detail was remarkable, especially when they surprised my partner with a birthday cake and a handwritten card. We enjoyed delicious meals at Blanko and La Belle, and the margaritas and tapas by the pool were simply delightful. The Alphen Spa was a haven of relaxation, and we also appreciated the short walk to a nearby mall. I highly recommend The Alphen Boutique Hotel & Spa for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The bed and linen were impressive. The porter was professional and kind. The location was convenient for wine farms. The staff went above and beyond. The room had everything needed, including sanitizers.

Located in a lovely area of Cape Town, this boutique hotel offers great access to most sites and is surrounded by beautiful scenery. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The restaurant offers delicious food and excellent service, and the lounge bar has a great vibe. The stunning gardens add to the overall pleasant environment, making it a perfect destination for a romantic break.

The staff can be understaffed at times, resulting in longer wait times and difficulties getting in touch with them.

Gorgeous and cozy hotel with friendly staff that made us feel right at home. the lush green surroundings added to the serene ambiance of the hotel. the hotel's amenities were great for those who enjoy a daytime adventure, with easy access to interesting places and activities. Plus, the delicious breakfast gave us the energy we needed for the day.

The pool area could be busier and less peaceful than expected, with a lot of outsiders using the pool, which disrupted the tranquility. Plus, the rooms' decor could be outdated and could use a touch up to modernize the style.

Great location near wine farms. Delicious dinner at Blancho. Lovely breakfast. Exceptional service from Charlene. Reason to go back.

The style of the hotel is uniquely beautiful, classy, and so homely! My partner and I had a wonderful experience at the Alphen Boutique Hotel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special. Haley greeted us by name and wished my partner a happy birthday. the room exceeded our expectations, with a contemporary and sophisticated interior, a comfortable bed, and a stunning garden view. They even surprised us with a birthday cake and a hand-written card. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, sipping on margaritas and indulging in delicious tapas. Dinner at Blanko was excellent, and breakfast at La Belle was scrumptious. We finished our stay with a pampering session at the Alphen Spa. the service was outstanding, and we couldn't have asked for more. 10 out of 10!

The exclusive amenities at this hotel are impeccable. the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay, meeting our every need. We enjoyed the luxurious Spa centre, which was both relaxing and invigorating, and the outdoor swimming pool where we could lounge in the sun and enjoy refreshing drinks. the garden area was also beautifully maintained, and we loved the seasonal outdoor pool and the accompanying sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers.

If we had to nitpick, the design in our room was slightly dated, but this minor issue did not detract from our overall experience. the various dining options provided everything from in-room breakfast to special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for enjoying a drink.
