I had an amazing stay at the guest house. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the warm and sincere hospitality of the owners, Willie and Rina. The guest house itself was spotlessly clean and spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The breakfast was beautifully presented with many delicious choices. I also appreciated the off-street parking and the convenience of having tour brochures available for planning my activities. Whether I wanted privacy or to socialize with others, the guest house offered both options. The location was excellent, and I even had a wonderful view of the sea from my room. I had a brilliant experience at Anchorage Guest House and highly recommend it.

Although the king size bed was extremely comfy, it was a bit too large for the size of the room. Additionally, the WiFi connectivity was a bit slow on the uplink.

Superb accommodation, exactly as advertised. Fantastic hosts, very friendly with a lovely breakfast. Spotlessly clean rooms with comfortable beds. An absolute gem and a home away from home. Definitely will book again if in the area.

The breakfast served here is also a highlight, offering a good variety to start your day. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have a great experience.

Anchorage Guest House is the perfect place to stay in Plattenberg Bay. It is conveniently located close to all amenities, making it easy to enjoy the beach, explore nearby activities, and reach George airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with outstandingly comfortable beds and great showers. The hosts are hospitable and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome, providing useful information and even making restaurant reservations. The breakfast is delicious and the view from some rooms is fantastic.

Parking can be a bit challenging and not very convenient.

Our romantic escape was wonderful! the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. we appreciated the convenient location close to some key attractions and a beautiful beach.

Willie & Rina at Anchorage Guest House were the most amazing hosts we've ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They even stayed up until 2 am to greet us when we arrived late. Their service was exceptional! They organized a beautiful surprise for my girlfriend and upgraded us to a stunning suite. They recommended a fantastic nearby restaurant and served us a delicious and fresh breakfast. Out of all the places we stayed during our trip, Anchorage Guest House was by far the best.
