The room I stayed in at this hotel was fantastic. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the hotel's location is superb, nestled between the bustling city centre and the picturesque seafront, making it convenient to access various attractions and dining options in the Sea Point area. I loved the outdoor swimming pool area where I could unwind and soak up the sun after a busy day of sightseeing.

One area that could be improved at the hotel is the breakfast service. While the food was decent, the breakfast options could be more varied and include pastries or pancakes for a better morning experience.

The staff were so helpful and warm, making us feel right at home. the large comfy bed gave us an amazing sleep after a long day out. the chillout area with the plunge pool was a nice touch, but the room's paper-thin walls were a slight downside, causing a bit of noise at times. a cozy spot for a city adventure! 🌿
