The buffet selection was a bit disappointing as it lacked variety and was left uncovered, attracting flies. Improving the buffet's presentation and covering the food would enhance the dining experience, especially for those preferring a more hygienic environment.

We had an amazing Easter weekend at this hotel! the staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel like VIPs. the butlers went above and beyond to fulfill our every request and made the experience truly special. the rooms were beautifully decorated and luxurious, providing the perfect combination of spaciousness and coziness. We also loved the stunning view from our room and enjoyed the complimentary birthday experience at the spa. Plus, the security officer was friendly and even took pictures and videos of our entrance.

the kitchen closed early and the menu lacked versatility, limiting our dining options. the water pressure from the shower was quite low, which was a bit disappointing.
