The staff and other guests provide great orientation and resources. The lodge has a beautiful building, is very clean, and is close to the lower cable car. It also offers a comfortable bed and a nice place to meet other travelers. The big balcony is perfect for socializing and nightly events with new friends.

Whether it was providing detailed city information or helping with arrival and departure logistics, they were always friendly and kind. The private room I stayed in was basic but comfortable, clean, and included a full breakfast.

It's also conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to Kloof street with great restaurants and bars. Plus, it's close to Table Mountain and Lions Head, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.

The communal toilets and showers were modern and meticulously clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and there was even a money changer onsite. I loved that I could easily book tours and activities through the hotel's travel agency, who provided great advice on budget-friendly options based on my preferences.
