I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on top of the hill provided breathtaking views of Knysna heads. The manager, Tess, was particularly attentive and helpful, making reservations at local restaurants and offering valuable tips for activities in the area. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and the dining area had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I also enjoyed taking a dip in the swimming pool and relaxing in the bar/lounge area. Enjoyed the breathtaking views from the room and the warm welcome from helpful staff. appreciated the daily room cleaning and delicious breakfast choices. Convenient location close to local attractions and restaurants.

The lighting in the room was not great for doing makeup, and some of the bedside lamps did not work.
