I had such an incredible time at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was lovely and had everything I needed. The room was spacious and the beds were big and comfortable. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the well-fitted bathroom with a hot shower and bath. The hotel facilities were excellent, with easy access to all facilities onsite. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide selection of options. The staff were exceptionally efficient and helpful, always cleaning tables quickly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the game drives, where the rangers were very knowledgeable and taught us about every animal we encountered. The location was also great, close to Joburg and not overcrowded, except maybe around lion kills. my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

For me, there were no negative aspects of my stay. It was ideal for me and exceeded my expectations.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The location was excellent, just a short drive from Johannesburg. The room was spacious and comfortable with two double beds, and I loved the view from the private patio overlooking the grazing wildebeest. The staff were very friendly and efficient, always ready to assist. The restaurant provided a delicious breakfast with a wide selection to choose from. I also enjoyed the included safaris, where I had the opportunity to see a leopard mom and her cubs up close. The atmosphere here is both relaxing and comfortable, and I will definitely be back for another stay.

During my Easter stay, I liked the delicious breakfast options at the hotel. They had a variety of dishes to choose from, ensuring that every guest's preferences were catered to. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated within close proximity to a national park, allowing for easy access to wildlife sightings. This was a major highlight of my stay as I was able to see various animals in their natural habitat. Lastly, I enjoyed the spacious and well-maintained rooms. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

I was disappointed with the lack of communication concerning room allocation. There seemed to be some confusion with my reservation, and it took some time for me to be assigned the correct room.

We had a great holiday at this lodge! the pool was bigger than expected and the pool bar food was exceptional, especially the burgers. the game drives were amazing, we saw the big five and our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. the location was convenient and we enjoyed seeing animals from our room. the spa was a highlight, with a relaxing massage near the game park fence.

The shuttle to and from a nearby attraction was expensive and infrequent, making it difficult to plan our outings. the resort was quite large, which meant a long uphill walk from our room to reception.

Food was really good and the complementary drinks were tasty. the location was great for our thanksgiving gathering, close to a wildlife park where we saw some amazing animals. Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, perfect for a relaxing break in nature.

The rooms were not as clean as we expected and some of the amenities were not in working order. the staff were not very helpful or friendly, which made us feel unwelcome.

Having recently stayed at a lodge just a short drive away from Johannesburg, I had the most fantastic long weekend. The timeshare units were lovely, although I had to familiarize myself with the unit numbers for the best views. The highlight for me was the watering hole near the main hotel, where I could relax with a drink and watch the different game come for a drink too. The game viewing in the park was great, even though we didn't spot any big cats. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable with a great view. The restaurant provided an excellent buffet selection and the game drive treated us to a memorable sighting of a leopard and her cubs. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this lodge for a relaxing getaway.

The food at all meals was excellent. The staff, including waiters and lifeguards, were helpful and friendly. The pool area was clean and well-maintained. The game drives offered a variety of wildlife sightings. The snake demonstration was informative and interesting.

We had an unforgettable experience at Bakubung Lodge! The game drives were absolutely magical, even though we only saw 3 of the Big 5. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious, especially the Boma Bush dinner. The lodge's location is perfect, only 2.5 hours from Johannesburg, making it ideal for a long weekend getaway. The watering hole by the main hotel was a great spot to relax and observe the different animals. I highly recommend Bakubung Bush Lodge for a memorable and relaxing vacation.

We loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of the national park. It made for a truly immersive experience. The setting and atmosphere were also incredible, especially when we stepped through to the restaurant and enjoyed the view overlooking the valley. The staff were exceptional, always efficient, accommodating, and friendly towards us, and especially our two little kids. The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, with a wide range of options that we could never try everything. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, including the pool area, were impressive.

I had an amazing time here in the national park! The view from my room overlooking a water hole was breathtaking, and I loved being able to see animals while I ate. The staff were some of the friendliest and most attentive I've ever encountered. They quickly fixed a problem with my fridge and were always there when I needed them. The game drives were so much fun and we got to see some amazing sights! The spa centre was also fantastic, the massage was so relaxing.

I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends.
