We had an amazing stay at Bay Lodge On The Beach. The location was absolutely stunning, right on the beach. We loved waking up and going straight from breakfast to the beach. The staff were fantastic, they booked us an incredible shark diving experience and gave us great recommendations for activities in the area. They even brought us coffee to our room and patio on a few occasions, which was a delightful touch. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the deluxe sea view room we had. The view from our room was breathtaking. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious and provided a great start to the day. Additionally, the shower facilities and bed linen were of high quality, making our stay very comfortable.

The service at check-in was amazing and the staff made us feel welcomed and had a great sense of humor. The hotel also added lovely touches in our room to celebrate our engagement. The hot tub and honesty bar added to the luxurious experience. The comfortable bed and sound of the waves ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast on the beachfront was a lovely setting.

We had a great time during our romantic escape. the view from the room was breathtaking and we enjoyed sitting on the private balcony and taking in the scenery. the comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the complementary breakfast and the additional complementary activities available at the hotel. the location was perfect, right by the beach, and we were able to enjoy a lovely walk on the shore. we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning.

The plugs in the room kept tripping, and we were unable to get assistance from staff. on checkout, there was no one available at the reception to collect our keys or take our call.
