The owner is hands-on and prepared the most wonderful breakfast for us. Beautiful trees and birdlife. Lizette introduced us to Mika - the cutest dog - that made us feel very safe. In the heart of Hatfield. A well kept secret.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hatfield. The location is perfect, situated on a quiet street but still within walking distance of the train station and a shopping center. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a good internet connection. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, from arranging taxi services to offering suggestions for local attractions. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The garden and pool areas were beautifully maintained and provided a lovely retreat on hot days. this place offers a luxurious and comfortable experience with top-notch service.

Spacious room, comfy dressing gowns, plenty of electric lights, handy phone adaptor, pleasant kitchen table, clean fridge. Enjoyable breakfast room. Arrival hiccup resolved, grateful for manager's room. Helpful hosts, drove us to gardens, allowed use of private bathroom. Stylish apartment with nice touches. Great location near train station, shops, restaurants. Helpful staff, great breakfast, lovely garden and pool. Easy parking. Better than expensive hotel in area.

We had a very comfortable stay at this B&B, which is conveniently located within walking distance of the University campus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had a nice view of the garden and pool. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including homemade cereals and nuts. The manager, Lizette, was always ready to assist.

There was a problem with the water one night, which inconvenienced my daughter during her ablutions.

What an amazing experience! the place was located in a very convenient area close to restaurants and public transportation. the staff were extremely welcoming and provided excellent customer service. the breakfast was simply delicious and the coffee in the room was a nice touch. the room was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

That the room did not quite match the pictures online and the coffee capsules created unnecessary plastic waste. However, this was not a big issue as the staff made up for it with their hospitality.
