We were warmly welcomed by friendly staff who provided vouchers for local attractions. The rooms were well-equipped, including a kitchen area and a large TV. Breakfast was served in the rooms and was delicious. The location was convenient, with nearby shops and secure parking.

One minor drawback is that the guesthouse is situated near a busy road, which can result in some traffic noise.

We were offered a really tasty strawberry cream cake on arrival and the garden court was a nice place to sit and relax. The location was great and within walking distance to main attractions. The room was well heated and the electric blanket was a nice touch to keep us warm at night.

Our experience was a bit disappointing. During our Xmas weekend, the room was not properly cleaned and we found dirty cutlery on the table.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. The room we stayed in, Mist, was not only clean and spacious but also beautifully decorated. The cozy fireplace added a touch of warmth to our stay and was a lovely feature. Additionally, the hotel staff ensured that our needs were met by providing us with a new electric blanket upon request. Lastly, the breakfast included in the package was delightful, with a wide variety of options to choose from, all served on a private balcony.
