I really enjoyed my stay in this venue! The location is perfect, surrounded by gardens and next to the lake, which gave me the opportunity to relax in a very therapeutic area. The service was great, room service and bell staff were always ready to assist me. Wi-fi was free in the rooms, which was a great perk. The sitting area was also a plus, perfect to read a book while enjoying the view.

In conclusion, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Moreover, the leisure facilities were great, including the swimming pool, game room and children's play area.

We were pleasantly surprised to notice that the resort looked as if it never experienced those hail damages. Everything appeared clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the smart TV in the rooms. It was incredible to have such modern technology at our fingertips. The location of this hotel in Sun City was perfect, with an extensive and diverse range of activities for all ages. We had a blast at Camp Kwena and enjoyed the water world, where we could go on Jet Ski, water tube, parasailing, and water snake. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff, particularly Martha Semenya from housekeeping, went above and beyond to assist us.

Nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect.

Located near the valley of waves and the lake with watersports, our family enjoyed many thrilling water activities. The relaxing atmosphere of the therapeutic area was very soothing for us. The room was equipped with well-placed USB ports, which is a rare convenience. The laundry service did a great job, and we appreciated the clean and fresh towels.

The reception staff were not very friendly and welcoming.

The room we were given was perfect for our family of four, with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The staff promptly fixed a broken shower head upon our request. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location was convenient and close to all the attractions. we had a wonderful stay at Cabanas.

We spent an amazing New Year's Eve at this hotel. the fireworks display was spectacular and the complementary champagne and canapés were a nice touch. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, with a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the pool area was clean and nicely appointed, perfect to relax and enjoy the sun.

There were some downsides. the service at the hotel was quite slow, with staff taking longer than expected to attend to our requests.
