The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable, well-equipped, and had wonderful views, especially from the balcony. The location was fantastic, perfect for exploring the waterfront, and the staff treated us like royalty, making our 40th wedding anniversary stay extra special. The small touches like sparkling wine, handmade chocolates, and a fruit basket were delightful.

Breakfast delights could have included a wider variety of bread, pastries, fresh fruits, and cereals, especially for kids.

Welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, excellent location, elegant decor. Good dinner and breakfast in the lovely restaurant.

The Cape Grace is a delightful and elegant hotel with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, near the V&A Waterfront, and the decor incorporates a lot of history. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the breakfast is scrumptious. The pool area is private and relaxing, and there is a complimentary car for local day trips. the Cape Grace offers a luxurious and special experience.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I had a truly special experience. the staff at Fairmont were incredibly attentive to my needs, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. the deluxe penthouse bedroom was absolutely luxurious and sumptuous, providing the perfect place for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the plentiful breakfast served in the delightful restaurant setting. the hotel's pool area gave a sense of privacy while still feeling like being on an expensive cruise liner. the complimentary car provided a fantastic luxury, ensuring comfortable day trips to explore the local areas. the location of the hotel was simply perfect for enjoying all that the V&A waterfront has to offer, as well as convenient access to the airport. To top it all off, the staff surprised me with hand-made chocolates, sparkling wine, and a fruit basket for my anniversary.

Our city break at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! the rooms were spacious and luxurious, with breathtaking views of the harbor. the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and activities in the area. We also loved the attention to detail and personalized service provided by the staff. They were always friendly and helpful, offering advice and going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Although our stay was amazing, the noise levels from the nearby entertainment on the waterfront were sometimes a bit high. It wasn't a major issue because the hotel is slightly detached from the hustle and bustle, but it's something to keep in mind if you're looking for a quieter experience.

The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, and the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. We were provided with a bottle of iced water when we went for a walk, which was a thoughtful gesture. The hotel's location was unbeatable, being so close to the Water Front with its many attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary limo service for local journeys.

My husband and I chose Cape Grace for our honeymoon and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, champagne, and a thoughtful gift of luxury bathing items. The hotel's decor is beautiful, incorporating history and creating a soft and welcoming atmosphere. The Christmas decorations were subtle and the free Christmas delicacies were a special touch. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience was simply unforgettable. All hotels should strive to be as excellent as Cape Grace.

I had a fantastic stay at Cape Grace Managed By Accor. The communication with the hotel prior to my arrival was prompt and helpful. I requested a room with a view and was pleased to be given one overlooking the Marina and Table Mountain. The room itself was comfortable, beautifully furnished, and serviced twice a day. The bathroom was well-equipped and the toiletries were lovely. The hotel also provided complimentary sparkling wine and chocolates upon our arrival, which was a nice touch.

The hotel is fantastically located right across the bridge from the vibrant V & A Waterfront, offering easy access to shopping and a wide range of restaurants. It's also conveniently close to most activities in the area. The rooms are beautifully appointed with stunning views of either the marina or Table Mountain. The large bathrooms are a standout feature, and the service provided by the staff is exceptional, going above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The breakfast selection is amazing, and there are also facilities like a pool and spa for added convenience.

The hotel could benefit from expanding their pool area to accommodate larger groups of guests.
