The bellboy who assisted us during check-in was amazing, offering great recommendations on things to do and see. We had an issue with our room on the first night, but the staff quickly moved us to a much better room with a beautiful view of the city. we had a lovely stay.

They went above and beyond by bringing our food up to our room when we had to work during the mornings. the location was also great, as it was located in the heart of the city center and close to all the main attractions. the awesome view from our room was just breathtaking, and we enjoyed it very much.

there were a few staff members who didn't even bother to greet us properly. the housekeeping service was not up to par, as they walked into our room without any prior notice, which made us feel very uncomfortable.

Despite being in a questionable area, this hotel is conveniently located to reach V&A Waterfront and other Cape Town attractions. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with crisp white linens. The staff provided excellent service and even cooked a special meal for one guest. There were also coffee pods available in the room.

We had a fantastic breakfast and the staff made us feel comfortable regardless of our religious backgrounds. The service was exceptional, with friendly and professional staff who showed us love and kindness. We also appreciated that the hotel catered to different dietary requirements.

I had such a great experience at this hotel! The location in the city center was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The room was incredibly spacious and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. The staff at the reception desk were so friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was top-notch, from the 24-hour room service to the excellent housekeeping. I also loved that they had a sauna and a swimming pool, perfect for some relaxation after a busy day exploring the city. I was extremely impressed with this place!
