The staff at the hotel were amazing, welcoming and friendly. They made our romantic escape even more special. The facilities were top-notch, with clean rooms and fresh towels. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the stunning mountains and sea directly. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a small gym on the property, which we didn't know about beforehand.

The presence of bugs in the room, which resulted in getting bitten during the first night. although the lower rooms leading out to the pool were beautiful, they lacked a bit of privacy.

The amenities such as the spa & wellness center and outdoor swimming pool added to the overall relaxation and enjoyment of our stay. It was also equipped with a smart TV and stocked fridge, which was a nice touch. the location was great, not too far from the city center but far enough to avoid the noise. the apartment was a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

We had some issues with the laundry service. We asked for our clothes to be washed, but when we received them back they were still dirty.
