The location was perfect, with easy access to the beachfront, shopping centers, and restaurants. The self-catering units had everything we needed and were well-priced. The neighborhood was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Collards B&B was absolutely exceptional! The spacious room and breathtaking view were the highlights of our stay. The bathroom was clean and the shower was perfect. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to ICC Durban for the event we attended. The access to the B&B was well signposted, making it easy to find.

Although the climb up to our room with a heavy suitcase was a bit challenging, it was worth it once we saw the stunning view. Additionally, the parking situation was a bit difficult when we arrived late at night, but we felt secure in the B&B.

The hotel accommodation was value for money. We were surprised by the beautiful and clean room with spacious bathroom. The breakfast served had a variety of choices that were affordable and delicious. The hotel surroundings were peaceful and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, one even lent me her phone when I had issues with mine. The hotel location was also safe and secure.

Although the staff was friendly, we found the manager to be a bit unfriendly. The TV in the room was old and we couldn't connect our smart TV box.

The breakfast was sufficient with a good selection. The staff provided assistance with phone troubles. The location is convenient for exploring various attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering a pleasant view. The communication before check-in was helpful.
