During my recent stay at this hotel, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed and at home. the location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area close to all key attractions in Cape Town. the breakfast spread was delicious, especially the fresh fruit salad served daily. the rooms were pristine, equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, making my experience truly unforgettable.

If I had to nitpick, I would say that the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, especially for those adjoining rooms. This could easily be resolved by installing double doors with added soundproofing.

The decoration in the house was so charming and reminded me of my grandmother's home; it felt cozy and welcoming. the general areas were lovely, with beautiful mountain views and a lot of natural bird-life to enjoy. the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with everything on the ground floor and no stairs to navigate.

More assistance from the children working there for senior guests.

Great staff and comfortable rooms! We enjoyed the sunny courtyard during breakfast and the perfect location for playing golf and visiting wineyards. the staff were always helpful and accommodating, making our stay a memorable one.

The property could use some maintenance and repairs. We noticed cracks on the walls and broken furniture hinges.
