Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge was definitely worth the money spent. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was beyond picturesque, with beautiful landscapes and roaming animal life. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast choices could have been better, with more options provided upfront.

We loved everything about our stay at this lodge. The chalet was spotless and had an incredible view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shop was well stocked with essentials and snacks. The pools and toilet facilities were clean, and the grounds were well maintained. Highly recommended!

The location of Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge was absolutely stunning. The natural beauty surrounding the lodge provided the perfect backdrop for a romantic getaway. The cleanliness of the lodge exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay. The chef prepared excellent meals for us each evening, impressing us with their culinary skills. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We had a great Christmas at this resort! the views were stunning and we loved being surrounded by nature. the rooms were spacious and well, equipped, and we enjoyed having a fully, equipped kitchen. the location was perfect for us, as it was close to our home town. the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the rooms could have had extra heaters during the winter, as it got quite cold.

The resort had something for everyone, with a game room, playground, pools, and a spa/gym complex. The location was stunning, with hiking trails and a game reserve for safaris. The organized events, like bonfire sing-alongs, were a hit. Our unit was spacious and well-equipped for self-catering. We even got a great deal over the Easter holiday!

This place has it all - amazing views, friendly staff, and a variety of activities for the whole family. We loved seeing the animals and enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. The game drive was a highlight, and the animals even came right up to our deck at sunset. It was magical to experience the dark night sky full of stars, and we enjoyed a cozy evening by the fireplace while grilling our own food on the patio.

Felt so at home, no complaints at all.

The location was perfect for our Easter getaway, with beautiful scenery and fresh air. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We loved the games room, which provided entertainment for the kids.

The restaurant service was quite slow, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have WiFi available during our stay.
