What a pleasant surprise! Loved the cozy fireplace with complimentary wood packs for our entire stay. The restaurant menu was a culinary delight, with beautifully plated dishes. The Day Spa experience was absolutely amazing.

Although there were some issues with the room being slightly dated and in need of refurbishment, it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the stay. The main bed could have been more comfortable, but the sofa provided a satisfactory alternative.

Game drive amazing, stunning deck view, spacious unit, convenient parking. Helpful staff, well-stocked shop, clean pools and facilities, well-kept grounds. Perfect for exploring nearby attractions like God's Window and Mac Mac Falls.

Had a great Xmas holiday. Really enjoyed the complementary guided walk and the campfire entertainment. Plus, the location is perfect, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony and take in the view.

The food wasn't up to our liking, it was too greasy and didn't taste good. the rooms weren't that clean, we noticed dust on some surfaces and the floors weren't cleaned thoroughly.

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing, with breathtaking views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with white sheets and towels. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a great bonus. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, even referring us to a good doctor when needed.

The presence of baboons by the pool was a constant disturbance, as they kept stealing our food.

Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge was definitely worth the money spent. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was beyond picturesque, with beautiful landscapes and roaming animal life. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location of Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge was absolutely stunning. The natural beauty surrounding the lodge provided the perfect backdrop for a romantic getaway. The cleanliness of the lodge exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay. The chef prepared excellent meals for us each evening, impressing us with their culinary skills. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We had a great Christmas at this resort! the views were stunning and we loved being surrounded by nature. the rooms were spacious and well, equipped, and we enjoyed having a fully, equipped kitchen. the location was perfect for us, as it was close to our home town. the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the rooms could have had extra heaters during the winter, as it got quite cold.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms. I particularly loved the towel warmers, a small touch that added to the overall sense of luxury. The kitchen was fully equipped and spotless, allowing me to easily prepare meals. The lounge area opened up to a lovely patio with a clean braai area, where I enjoyed the beautiful views and sunsets. It was a great place to unwind and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of social media and technology.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

We had a wonderful time at Crystal Springs! Our stay was for three nights and we were delighted with the clean and comfortable accommodations. The heated pool was a fantastic bonus, and we were sorry we didn't have enough time to enjoy the jacuzzi and go for the game drive. The staff were friendly and the daily self-catering chalets were fully serviced, making our stay effortless. There were also plenty of activities for the kids and a convenient on-site store. We've stayed here before and will definitely return in the future.
