I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, situated in a peaceful area close to town, with beautiful Victorian gardens surrounding the venue. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The housekeeping and laundry services were top-notch, ensuring that everything was clean and well-maintained. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The dining table and patio outside were great additions, allowing me to enjoy meals outdoors. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was an added bonus, making it convenient to stay connected. the hotel provided a comfortable and luxurious experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing stay.

Clean and spacious accommodation with soft towels. the aircon was a lifesaver in the heat. Centrally located with safe parking available.

The noise from the neighboring cottage was unbearable, especially the constant barking of a dog from 4am onwards. the bathroom basin taps were dirty and covered in grime.

Over Easter, we had a wonderful time at a picturesque cottage with excellent amenities. the location was close to major attractions and scenic areas, allowing us to easily explore the surroundings. the cottage was cozy with a spacious living area and comfortable beds. the gardens were stunning, providing a tranquil space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The bathroom needed some attention as the water had a strange odor, and the taps were not as clean as they could be. we could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms and outside, which could be a bit distracting when trying to sleep.
