The hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The delightful gardens provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a delicious breakfast in the morning. The staff are friendly and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at home. The rooms are charming, with special amenities like Charlotte Rhys products, and the comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory, leaving us with no complaints.

The guest house is located in a drought-stricken area, but the gardens are still beautiful and well-kept. The hosts were helpful in suggesting local activities to do in the area. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast served was delicious.

The free WiFi had a poor signal and kept dropping out during my stay.

Found the room quite lovely with decent furniture and fittings. the breakfast was also good, and the personal attention from staff was appreciated. the location was convenient, being close to restaurants and other attractions.

The pillows were too soft and the duvet didn't cover the bed properly, making sleeping less comfortable than usual. the shower could do with some work too.

We stayed at Darling Lodge for a city escape and were amazed by the passion and hospitality shown by Stephan and Oliver, the hosts. The breakfast was exceptional, and their attention to detail was unmatched. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, and the lodge itself had a charming Victorian look. We had a wonderful dinner at a nearby restaurant and enjoyed exploring the area. We highly recommend this gem of a guest house and would love to stay longer next time.
