Staff are SUPER FRIENDLY and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere that removes the city's hustle and bustle, making guests feel right at home. the reception team, especially Bester and Valencia, are always cheerful and go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay, while the restaurant staff, notably Urita, provide excellent service. the hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants is convenient for rainy days, adding to an overall memorable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely boutique-style hotel in the enchanting Village. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We especially enjoyed the sushi restaurant on the ground floor, which had a great atmosphere and delicious food. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also loved sitting on the patio, enjoying sushi and bubbly. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the Village.

We had a really pleasant stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the beach. The service provided was top-notch, with room service and car hire available. The hotel also offered various amenities such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and shops/commercial services. The room itself was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. We also enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the garden furniture. The hotel provided free toiletries and a dryer, which was very convenient. The flat-screen TV and in-room computer were great for entertainment. The dining restaurant offered a delicious breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to unwind. The hotel also had a spa & wellness center, a swimming pool, and outdoor swimming pool, where we could relax and pamper ourselves with body scrub and massages. The sun terrace and garden area were beautiful, and the beach umbrellas were a thoughtful touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
