We had an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs, taking care of every detail to ensure our comfort. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with a separate lounge area that was perfect for our family. The amenities, including the restaurant and swimming pool, were top-notch. We even had the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire pit, gazing at the stars. The food was delicious, with a great selection of healthy options. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to cater to our needs. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to others.

The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is welcoming and friendly, making guests feel like family. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The lodge is conveniently located near Black Swan restaurant, providing easy access to dining options. The garden, although slightly strange, adds a whimsical touch to the surroundings.

The pool was being cleaned, but this minor inconvenience was understandable given the season.

The hospitality staff was very friendly and welcoming during our stay. They made sure that we arrived safely and suggested a great place for us to dine. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to some of the beautiful gardens and provided stunning views. The pool area was well-maintained, and the complimentary drinks were a nice touch.

The restaurant management could use some improvement, as it wasn't efficient during the evening meal. Several menu items were not available, and we were not able to join others on different tables, which was a downside. We recommend dining at one of the nearby restaurants instead.
