We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, nestled in a quiet neighborhood within close proximity to the beautiful Camps Bay beach and delicious restaurants. The staff provided exceptional service, from the housekeeping to the laundry service. We were even greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We enjoyed the sitting area, terrace, and dining table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected. The hotel grounds were stunning, with garden furniture and a lovely pool area. We indulged in the sauna and took advantage of the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. our experience here was truly enhanced by the exceptional comfort and quality services provided.

The location of the guesthouse was perfect for us, as it was not within walking distance of Camps Bay promenade and provided a peaceful atmosphere. The room we stayed in was warm and very clean, with crisp white linen and a beautiful view. The bathroom was stylish and well-stocked with toiletries. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was of a high standard, with a great variety of options. We also enjoyed the magnificent view from the terrace.

The Wi-Fi charge was an inconvenience, as other guesthouses we stayed at provided it for free.

Although the location is stunning, some practical issues need to be addressed. the laundry service was not satisfactory, and the staff being off-site after 8 pm was inconvenient for late check-ins.

The view from the pool was absolutely breathtaking. We spent hours just gazing at the stunning mountain and ocean scenery. The perfect spot to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing views and serene atmosphere.

diamond house guesthouse in cape town exceeded my expectations. the staff, especially ziggy, was incredibly sweet and helpful, checking in with us every day. the location had breathtaking views and the room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was excellent.

We absolutely loved our short stay at Diamond House Guesthouse! Roshaan and Zigi were incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel like old friends. The location is perfect with breathtaking views. The facilities are wonderful, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. Can't wait to return in the future!
