This place is the best there is in Mossel Bay. The location is totally amazing, close to Hartenbos and the beach. The views from the rooms are extraordinary, and the room itself is well decorated and comfortable. The hotel offers a range of services and amenities, including a restaurant with delicious food, a fully equipped gym, and a beauty salon. The swimming pool is beautifully maintained and provides a lovely place to relax. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. this hotel exceeds expectations and is definitely worth a stay.

The hotel restaurant was accommodating and even provided me with a plate and cutlery to enjoy my take-out dinner from Cattle Barron, which I highly recommend. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection, including made-to-order omelettes, fresh croissants, and a variety of cereals and yogurts. The friendly service and secure atmosphere added to the overall positive experience. The rooms were spacious and had all the standard amenities.

The service was impeccable, with room service, housekeeping, laundry, and even grocery shopping. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a refreshing drink and my room had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and free Wi-Fi. The garden furniture on the terrace was perfect for enjoying the view while sipping on my coffee from the electric kettle provided. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge had delicious food and drinks, and the staff were very helpful with any questions I had.

We went on a romantic escape to this hotel and there were a few things that we loved. we received complimentary champagne and chocolates in our room on arrival which was a nice touch. the view from our room was stunning, we couldn't get enough of it. the location of the hotel is also perfect for beach walks and exploring the area.

There were a few things that definitely put a damper on our romantic getaway. the air conditioning unit was very loud and kept us up at night.
