Had a memorable Christmas stay at a wonderful hotel! the location was excellent as it was close to all important shops, making it easy for us to buy all our needs. the staff was very welcoming and had a positive attitude towards us, which made our stay even better. the establishment also provided a secure environment which made us feel safe and at home.

The reception area could be improved, as it was not as focused as it should have been during our check-in process. the noise level in the area was also a drawback, but it was not a big issue as the hotel is located in the central business district.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, providing easy access to shops and amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and clean linens. Guests appreciate the presence of a bar fridge and microwave, as well as tea-making facilities in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and taken care of.

Some guests have reported issues with the maintenance of certain facilities, such as leaking toilets and shower doors.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. it was not easy to contact the staff as there were no phones in the room, despite being referenced in the hotel booklet.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. I also loved the luxurious amenities in the room, like the huge shower head that provided the best shower experience I've had in a long time.
