We had a fantastic stay at a lodge situated on the Elephant River. The accommodation had a stunning view across the hillside where we enjoyed sightings of giraffes, zebras, impalas, and monkeys. The dinner was served in various cozy spots in the garden and the hospitality of the staff, particularly Marijke, was exceptional. The food prepared by the chef was also very good. The safaris were amazing, with sightings of giraffes, antelopes, elephants, zebras. The location of the lodge overlooking the Olifants River allowed us to spot various animals from the comfort of the deck, including antelope, lion, elephant, baboon. The game ranger, Keagan, was extremely knowledgeable and made our game drives memorable. The general staff, including Keagan, were all pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
