We loved the unique and stunning castle-like setting of the hotel. The bathroom with a rain shower was a great feature, and we enjoyed having access to Netflix and TV. The coffee machine with pods was a nice touch. The room was nicely decorated and spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom. The balcony was a bonus. The hotel served as a comfortable base for our adventures to Pilansberg National Park and Sun City, despite the 45-minute drive.

We felt very welcomed and had no complaints.

The accommodation was spacious and the balcony was a highlight. the restaurant offered an incredible range of dishes with affordable prices. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and its surroundings.

The noise coming from the restaurant was extremely disruptive and the sound insulation was poor. During the day and early evening, the loud playlist was unpleasant.

The romantic package was an excellent addition to our stay at Excalibur Boutique. The decor, food, and service were all fantastic. The host, Promise, went above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family. The shower and romantic dinner were highlights of our stay.

The special dinner I had requested for my partner's birthday wasn't organized. Additionally, there were some minor issues with the room such as a running toilet, a light that didn't work, and a missing crown on a picture.

Amazing views from a distance, just like in the pictures. Suites have a regal feel. Staff provided excellent service and met all our needs. Will definitely recommend for a romantic getaway.

One aspect that we found disappointing was the lack of shaded parking, which made it uncomfortable during the hot days.
