Staff and owners were friendly and attentive. The rooms were well-appointed, with comfortable beds. Communal areas were stylish and inviting, including a jacuzzi for guests. Breakfast was included and delicious. Spa services were rejuvenating and reasonably priced.

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. The location in a safe area gave us peace of mind during our stay. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping ensuring our comfort. We also appreciated the convenient amenities, such as the in-room safe and electric kettle. The spa and wellness centre were a great addition, allowing us to relax and enjoy services like massages and facials. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay memorable.

The location of the guest house is quite convenient, as it is close to Menlyn Shopping Centre and smaller shops nearby. It is also in proximity to Faerieglen Life hospital, which was convenient for my husband's treatment. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good selection of food.

The aircon in the room made an irritating noise, making it difficult for me to sleep comfortably.

I had an amazing stay with my colleague during our business trip. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with useful facilities such as a reliable hairdryer and strong Wi-Fi. Breakfast was delightful with many options and the staff was very friendly. the location was perfect, very close to our meetings and easy to find.

We were displeased with the shortage of TV channels, only one or two worked properly. some areas in our room needed maintenance, such as the malfunctioning shower head and unsatisfactory lighting at the desk area.

Lovely Place is a great overnight spot with comfortable beds and good food. It's just a short distance from Menlyn Mall. The services provided are exceptional, and I'm definitely planning to try out the Spa treatments on my next visit. Thank you for hosting us.
