We had a fabulous stay at a beautiful boutique hotel with excellent service. The grounds were well kept and the spa services were top-notch. The staff at reception and concierge were friendly and helpful. The food in Amuse Bouche was delicious and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The gym was amazing and had all the equipment we needed.

One minor drawback was that some of the rooms had strange configurations, such as a toilet and shower together in a small space. However, maintenance was quick to fix any issues we had.

The building and garden, spacious room and bathroom, attention to detail, professional staff, complimentary cheeseboard.

Can't fault anything about it.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The newly remodeled room was spotlessly clean, and the renovations were nicely done. The bed was so comfortable that I had the best sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, nestled in the beautiful mountains. I also loved the free trolley service in this city.

I got such great value for my money at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, and the staff treated me like a VIP. The location was quiet and relaxing, and the well-manicured grounds made it feel like a true oasis.

The free shuttle service to Sandton Mall was convenient, and they even assisted with organizing our visit to Lion's Park. The room had plenty of closet space and good wifi. The grounds were beautifully maintained, with romantic corners for privacy. The outdoor bar area was a favorite spot, and breakfast offered a great variety and was always delicious.

Felt cared for, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Nothing was too much trouble.

I had a great experience at Fairlawns Boutique Hotel & Spa. The setting was beautiful and the grounds, although not immaculate, were still pleasant. The room I stayed in was excellent - spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and the service was attentive. I would recommend this hotel despite a few minor issues.

The location is perfect, with easy access to Sandton Shopping Centre. The staff at the hotel were friendly and super helpful. They resolved a problem with my room quickly and made me feel very special on my birthday. The breakfast was fantastic and the spa was amazing. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to Sandton Shopping Centre, and the friendly staff were the best aspects of my stay.
