Luxurious and relaxing break with child-friendly game drives and stunning outdoor bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff made us feel pampered. Delicious meals and special anniversary celebrations. Warm welcome, amazing tent setup, and must-try spa treatments and game drives. The food was outstanding! 🌟

I had such an incredible time at this luxurious hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a VIP, offering me a welcome drink and ensuring all my belongings were taken care of. The location is easily accessible and the roads leading to this place were in great condition, making my journey hassle-free. The room was absolutely stunning, with a private outdoor shower and bathtub that added a touch of luxury. Everything was impeccably clean and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job.

I highly recommend this hotel to families as well.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a dream come true! the location was perfect, nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by beautiful animals, and offering breathtaking views of the landscape. the luxury tents were spacious and well-equipped, with fantastic private outdoor facilities - perfect for a relaxing time. the staff was exceptionally hospitable, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. the game drives were a fantastic experience, very informative with guides who shared their knowledge and passion. the food was exceptionally delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented.

Although there were many positives, there were also a few downsides. the first issue we encountered was the Wi-Fi connection, which was not strong enough for us to use in our room and the spa.

We loved the secluded tented accommodation with a peaceful outdoor bath and shower. The therapists at the Health & Beauty Spa were professional and friendly, and the products were awesome. The food at breakfast and dinner was delicious with many amazing options. The staff, especially Sam, in the dining area were friendly and provided great service. The Falaza game park was beautiful and we were greeted by many nyala and impala. The outdoor bath tub was a winner! Seeing and hearing the animals as we walked around or relaxed outside was a special experience. the staff did a wonderful job of making us feel pampered.

Felt cozy, no complaints whatsoever.
