The location of the accommodation was superb, with easy access to the tram, a local cafe, and scenic mountain views. The room was clean and comfortable, with soft white bedding and extra blankets provided. The bathroom was spotless and supplied with towels. The service was friendly and helpful, with staff providing a generous breakfast and even leaving a complimentary bottle of wine. The owners' garden was delightful, with friendly dogs ready to give cuddles.

Although the interaction with the hosts was functional, it could have been more personal and welcoming.
