I was impressed with the database's efficient search function, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. the room was also well-equipped with a heater, shower, and fridge, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

One minor downside was the lack of variety in the breakfast options offered at the database. I would have appreciated more choices to start my day off right.

The location by the river is enchanting, perfect for nature lovers. the spa & wellness facilities were exceptional. Would DEFINITELY choose this serene retreat again. Better than photos!

Spacious room, TV is a great bonus. So glad there was cupboard space. Bathrooms and room were clean. LOVED the breakfast available! Staff at reception was super friendly and welcoming!

Room size and bed size are very spacious. Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety. Staff is helpful, polite and always smiling. The property has scenic paths to get around. Microwave and iron were immediately provided upon request.

As young holiday goers, we loved the amazing staff, especially Grace and David who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms were beautiful and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The property offered a perfect setting for a romantic getaway, even in winter. The spa was fantastic, worth every penny.

I was completely blown away by the breathtaking scenery and peaceful ambiance at this place , a true hidden gem! the staff was INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY and accommodating, giving us an awesome chalet upgrade that was simply mind, blowing. the gardens were immaculately maintained, and the scrumptious breakfast had me drooling with delight. the quick responses to our special requests for early room access and in, room lunch made the whole experience super convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a jaw, dropping getaway with top, notch service! .

I had a really relaxing and beautiful stay at a hotel that had a slightly outdated feel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the service was fantastic. The best part was the amazing spa and the stunning nature surrounding the hotel. The atmosphere allowed me to truly unwind and feel at peace.

The surroundings of the hotel were stunning, giving a feeling of being far away from the city. Guests enjoyed comfortable beds, clean chalets, and breathtaking views from the rooms. Staff provided excellent service, attending to the guests' needs. Some guests also enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and were spoilt with room upgrades and late checkouts.

Some guests reported that some of the food and beverages were expensive or not tasty enough.

The complementary drinks upon arrival were nice and the location near the river was ideal. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options.

The room was not clean and there were stains on the carpet. the staff was not helpful when we lost our room key, and there was no night manager to assist us.
