La chambre était spacieuse avec un lit confortable et une salle de bains propre. Le service était attentionné et le petit déjeuner offrait un bon choix de plats frais. De plus, nous avons pu profiter d'une vue agréable depuis notre chambre.

Nous avons remarqué un manque d'isolation dans les murs, ce qui entraînait un certain bruit la nuit.

Our stay at Hacklewood Hill Country House was absolutely delightful. The antique furnishings and charming decor gave the place a real sense of stepping back in time. The attentive service provided by the staff made us feel right at home. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the dinner which we highly recommend. We were also impressed with the efforts made to accommodate our gluten-free requirement, creating delicious alternatives for every meal. we had a lovely, relaxing experience at Hacklewood Hill Country House.

The warm welcome and exceptional attention to detail at this hotel made my business trip comfortable and enjoyable. the delicious dinner and breakfast were complemented by a variety of dishes on the menu. the friendly and attentive staff made my stay even better.

The hot water supply needs attention as there was a long delay between turning on the taps and hot water flowing. the TV was only visible from one side of the bed.

the experience at Hacklewood Hill Country House Bed & Breakfast exceeded my expectations. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a huge bathroom. the staff were exceptional, always smiling and ready to help. the dinner we had was freshly cooked and delicious. the attention to detail, from the personalized welcome notes to the hot water bottles in the bed, was amazing. it was an excellent stay and I highly recommend Hacklewood.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities, from the beautiful sun terrace and loungers to the well, kept garden area and private facilities. the service is top class, with staff always ready to help and make us feel at home. We enjoyed an in, room breakfast and delicious meals at the restaurant, including special diet menus and packed lunches.

The only issue we had was with the mattress, which was a bit too hard for our personal preference. the pillow selection and other room advantages more than made up for it.
