We recently stayed at a hotel in Monte Casino and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, with the hotel being close to Four Ways Crossing & Mall, allowing us easy access to shops and entertainment. The hotel was modern and up to date, with the latest technologies. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and responsive. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, with a wide variety of options to choose from. On top of that, the view from our room was stunning, overlooking the beautiful garden, tower, and walls. our experience was exceptional.

The lack of elevator access, which made it difficult for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The small room had character and charm. Attention to detail throughout the establishment was impressive. The friendly staff contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. Conveniently located near restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Enjoyable stay overall.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, close to everything you need. Many food places are just a short walk away, and there is also a mall nearby. If you want to dine out, Monte Casino has various restaurants to choose from. The rooms are clean and contemporary, with comfortable bedding. The hotel offers good value for money.

There seems to be no porters or security, which could be concerning for some guests.

During our city break, we enjoyed two complementary facts offered by the hotel, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The hotel was situated in a prime location, providing easy access to various activities and attractions. we appreciated the great atmosphere of the hotel, adding to the overall experience.

The coffee kiosk needs improvements as we stood in a very long que to buy coffee upon our return from the Spa, which wasn't ideal. the noise from the reception kept us up at night and the leaking sink in the bathroom was also an inconvenience.

This hotel has fulfilled my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities, such as the private facilities and snack bar. The room advantages were also exceptional, with spacious and well-decorated rooms. The moment I checked in, I was impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. The location advantages were also a plus point, as it was easily accessible to several attractions.

The only minor issue that I faced during my stay here was with the service. Although the staff was friendly, the response time for my requests was slower than expected.
