The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room had poor cleanliness and bad odors.

The location is convenient and easy to access.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was not great. Additionally, the bathroom in my room was showing its age and needed an upgrade. To make matters worse, I had to repeatedly ask for extra towels and water during my stay, which only compounded my frustration. The dining experience was disappointing, as the food did not meet my expectations considering the pricing.

The hotel staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed despite arriving early in the day.

The breakfast offerings lacked basic items like still water and normal coffee, pushing us to either purchase drinks or fill up from our rooms.

Great dinner and attentive staff made our night special.

The hotel doesn't accept cash in any currency other than ZAR!!! It’s baffling to make guests run back to the airport for currency exchange at midnight!!! The state of the fitness center was appalling, with worn down equipment. It’s really a shame to overlook this!!!

what a letdown, air conditioning was broken and I could have sworn I booked a family room, yet we received supplies for only 2, imagine my disappointment! i was really hoping for a room upgrade as a small token for my troubles, but no luck there. i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

I enjoyed the delicious meals on site, especially the breakfast buffet! The gym was fantastic, but I did find the room a bit dated. Still, I'd absolutely stay again!

The room was absolutely clean and well maintained, with firm mattresses that felt like sinking into clouds. I especially appreciated the fast and conveniently accessible shuttle service that made my airport transfer so much smoother!
