Stayed at this hotel during my trip to Cape Town and had a great time! the location was superb, just a short walk to the V&A Waterfront and the city center, making it super convenient to enjoy all the activities around. the rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. the housekeeping team did a fantastic job, keeping everything tidy and neat daily.

The lighting in the room was a bit too bright, lacking a cozy vibe. the kitchenette was not as equipped as expected, making simple cooking tasks a bit challenging.

The friendly staff and excellent location made my solo stay comfortable and safe. Although the room lacked windows, the cleanliness and convenience of the place were impressive. Reception was helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience despite minor cleanliness and amenities issues mentioned by guests.

One minor inconvenience was the limited DSTV channels and the issue with the remote control in the room. the living room TV and bedroom TV being operated by a single remote caused some difficulty in changing channels, which was not a major issue but slightly inconvenient.

Located in a chic enclave with upscale boutiques and eateries, the hotel offered a safe and comfortable stay for a solo traveler like me. the friendly staff and cleanliness made me feel at ease, like being wrapped in a cozy blanket of hospitality.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the CBD and Waterfront in close proximity. The receptionist was friendly and the building felt secure. The apartment itself was spacious and had a comfy bed. The modern facilities, including a coffee machine, were a nice touch.
