We never lacked for anything, from wood for the fire stove to amazing breakfasts every morning.

The gas shower was a bit tricky to figure out initially, and the bathroom being downstairs in the workshop room was a minor inconvenience. But overall, these small issues were easily outweighed by the warmth and generosity of the host, making it a memorable and relaxing getaway.
