I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money was incredible, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The basic amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay, and I particularly loved the air conditioning in the rooms on the upper floors. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with an excellent omelette that I still dream about!

While everything else was fantastic, the only aspect I believe could be improved is the noise level from outside. Despite the hotel's great location in a busy area, it can sometimes make it a little challenging to fully enjoy the stay.

We had a convenient stay at a hotel with shops and restaurants nearby. the room may have been smaller than expected, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. the location provided the added perk of having power during load shedding, and the staff were all welcoming and attentive. Special mention goes to the barman with the dreadlocks, who went above and beyond to accommodate the customers' needs.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Mthatha and had a generally pleasant experience. The location was very convenient, with several great restaurants within walking distance and a nice place for breakfast nearby. The hotel was situated in a busy area, which made it a bit noisy, but it was also closer to most amenities that one needs. The room was small but comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided friendly and helpful service. The breakfast was wonderful with a good variety of options. it was a decent place to stay.

The hotel could improve on its noise insulation to ensure a more peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Attentive service and accommodating barman. The barman with the dreadlocks at Savoy went above and beyond to cater to customers' needs. He was always receptive and even ran around to ensure everyone was taken care of. Well done!

The breakfast was good and we loved the complementary champagne and chocolates in the room. the location was convenient with many nearby restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the view from our room of the city skyline.

The bed was too small and uncomfortable. We were bothered by mosquitoes all night which made it hard to sleep.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is conveniently situated on the way through the Transkei. The room itself is modern and furnished as new, with a nice and comfortable bed. The highlight of the room is the open bathroom, featuring a huge bathtub and shower cubicle. As business travelers, we appreciated the fact that we could park our car directly in front of our room on a fenced parking lot. Additionally, there are several fast food places located next door, providing convenient dining options.

We felt very welcome during our stay and have no complaints.
