The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is close to the city center and the new harbor where all the whale excursions depart. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with lovely gardens and terraces outside. The breakfast is delicious and served in a beautiful breakfast room. Guests also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere of the garden and pool area.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel, located just off the new harbor in a quiet street. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to the old harbor and enjoy whale boat trips. The hotel offers private parking, which was a great convenience. The room, although small, was cozy and comfortable for our two-night stay. We loved the breakfast, especially the fact that they accommodated our dietary needs by providing soya milk and gluten-free bread. The hosts were friendly and informative, and their resident dog added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was definitely the heated, saltwater pool in the beautiful garden. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a block away from the ocean side trail, making it easy for us to start the beautiful walk along the cliff. The hotel itself was well taken care of, with a lovely garden and a pool that we unfortunately couldn't enjoy due to the weather. The service was exceptional, and the staff created such a warm and homely experience for us. They were very collaborative and helpful in arranging activities like the famous shark cage diving, and even provided us with baby supplies. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with everything from a flat-screen TV to a terrace and dining table. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

The garden was beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast was decent and offered a good range of items. The proximity to the walking path and harbour was ideal for exploring the area.

The heater in the room was barely functional which made for a chilly Christmas stay. the owner was not very welcoming or friendly which made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.

The house at House On Westcliff was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great bathroom. I was impressed with the attention to detail, like having milk for coffee in the fridge and cookies. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, with a colorful table and a fruit salad to start. The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making our stay fantastic even though it was only for one night. She helped us with suggestions for dinner and our plans in the morning. I would have loved to stay longer and hope to return someday.
