The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff members were friendly and helpful. The room had a comfortable bed and clean linens. The location was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The air conditioning was not working properly, making our room uncomfortably hot. the room had a lot of noise from outside and from other guests.

The spa, reception, and gym are clean. The swimming pool and bar area are nice. The staff is sweet and helpful. Shops are nearby. It was a pleasant weekend.

There was a sound design issue in the hotel, specifically in room 417, where you could hear everything said at the reception in the living space and even in the bed area if the toilet door was open. This could be troublesome for light sleepers.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the excellent rooms. They were clean, spacious, and had a lovely décor. I especially enjoyed the fruit bowl in the room, which was a nice touch instead of the usual chocolates provided. Additionally, having an ironing board and a good quality iron in the room was extremely convenient, allowing me to quickly iron my clothes before heading out. The workspace in the room was also a helpful feature for catching up on work.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being connected to a large shopping mall with a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. Additionally, the hotel staff, especially Mr. Atef the manager and John at the concierge, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The gym was well-equipped and the heated pool was a great bonus.

GOOD - We had an amazing stay at the luxurious hotel we visited. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill our every need, providing exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. The Spa & wellness centre and Sauna were a highlight, offering a tranquil spot to relax and unwind. The outdoor swimming pool was an added bonus, providing the perfect spot to soak up the sun and take in the beautiful surroundings. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were exquisite and offered a wide range of options to suit all taste buds.

BAD - One minor issue we faced during our stay was the location. Although the hotel was conveniently located, it was slightly noisy at times, which could be a problem for light sleepers.
