The hotel room was clean and well-maintained, with easy access to the nearby mall. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious and the service was prompt. The location was convenient for families with kids, with access to malls and sporting events.

Wonderful Anniversary Celebration

During our stay at the IC Sandton, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised and truly felt special as the Assistant Front Desk Manager, Gugu, upgraded us to the Club level and sent us lovely gifts to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. The room was adorned with rosebuds and we were greeted with warm hospitality every time we crossed paths with the staff. The hotel's location, adjacent to Sandton City Shopping Center and Nelson Mandela Square, made it convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered luxurious amenities. The service, combined with the amazing location, made our stay at the IC Sandton unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Johannesburg.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! Loved the early breakfast service and the spacious rooms with great views. The location was perfect, with easy access to malls and restaurants. Best of all, the friendly staff made us feel right at home.

There were some signs of wear and tear in the rooms, such as bumps and tears in the wallpaper.

Here I experienced true luxury with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. The room advantages were many, with spacious and comfortable beds. The lounge area and bar were very stylish. The location was a big plus, with easy access to local attractions.

There was one negative aspect to my stay. Despite the excellent service, the sauna was not working while I was there.
