As young holiday goers, we loved the lovely and clean rooms with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. It was great that they accommodated our last-minute check-in time change and provided a quiet working area for my husband.

Felt so welcome, no complaints whatsoever.

The view from the room was breathtaking, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the hotel offered a great location close to the city center, with easy access to local attractions. the bonus point was that the room had a microwave, so we could heat up our leftovers at night and enjoy them in the comfort of our room.

The service was atrocious. the staff was unresponsive and rude, and we had to wait for hours just to check-in.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything smelled fresh the moment we walked into our room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the great wifi. The staff, especially the friendly and helpful lady named Nomonde, made our experience even better. The location, away from the buzzing of the city, provided the perfect relaxing environment at the end of each day. Additionally, the breakfast served was absolutely delicious.
