I really enjoyed my stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect - surrounded by beautiful gardens and quiet forests which provided a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing quality room service and arranging car hire and tours with ease. We enjoyed the free wifi and the complimentary drinks at arrival. the location was very convenient, close to shops and restaurants. the indoor pool was a nice feature to have during the cold weather.

The smoking area right outside the restaurant was a big turn-off. It made the dining experience quite uncomfortable.

The staff at Kievits Kroon were incredibly friendly and helpful - Jameson Hlupo, Thabo Matjila, Lawrence Skosana, Louis from the restaurant, France the manager, and Francois the GM were all top-notch! They made our stay very enjoyable.

Felt like a little slice of fairyland - no complaints!
