We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from a wide variety of restaurants and bars. The service and housekeeping were outstanding, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. We also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace, taking in the beautiful surroundings. The in-room safe provided added peace of mind, and the garden furniture allowed us to enjoy the stunning views. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and the electric kettle was convenient for making a cup of tea. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added a touch of elegance to the room. The poolside snack bar was a great spot for a quick bite, and the breakfast spread was delicious. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even during loadshedding. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, amenities, and service.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with luxurious bedding. The cook's exceptional skills made for delightful meals. The hosts and staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location in an upmarket area offered great ocean views, with secure parking. The wifi was reliable and the beautiful home had no faults. Blue Waves Lodge will be my top choice for future visits to Durban.

Spent my Christmas holiday at a lodge near the beach. the swimming pool was excellent, clean outdoor loungers and many towels. Also the location close to the beach was just perfect. The view from the upstairs lounge was stunning. the breakfast was fresh and tasty.

The security system was a hassle to use and the lighting in the bedroom was dim.

The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking scenery. It truly made my stay at Blue Waves Lodge unforgettable.

While there were a few minor issues, such as the coffee machine not being set properly and some marks on the room door, these did not significantly impact the overall quality of my stay. The friendly and welcoming staff made up for any small inconveniences.
