Beautiful location with stunning views of vineyard, golf course, and mountains. Outstanding facilities including restaurants, winery, pool, and well-maintained golf course. Spacious rooms with kitchen and fireplace, and a lovely balcony. Great breakfast with amazing views. Friendly staff throughout our stay!

We loved everything about this place. The location above the golf course was stunning and provided breathtaking views. The service here was exceptional, with friendly and courteous staff who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The amenities provided, such as the spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and fitness center, added to the overall luxurious experience. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The continental breakfast served at the restaurant buffet was delicious and offered a great start to our day.

The only recommendation we have is to provide more variety of sausages for breakfast, such as pork or beef, for guests who do not eat lamb. this hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Although there were a few hiccups during our stay, overall we had a fantastic time at De Zalze Lodge. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers breathtaking views. The clean and hygienic bathroom, along with the soft and comfortable bed, provided the perfect atmosphere for a quiet and romantic getaway. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi and nice selection of TV programs. The breakfast was extremely enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Despite a minor inconvenience with the golf course being closed and a need for refurbishment in certain areas, we would still recommend this hotel for its lovely location and the amazing dining experience at Terroir restaurant.

The lodge is nestled in a tranquil setting surrounded by vineyards and offers a stunning view of a golf course. The spacious rooms are beautifully furnished, and the bathrooms have underfloor heating and ample supply of complimentary toiletries. The breakfast, served in a small but accommodating room, offers a good variety of choices with fresh pastries and even salmon. The friendly and attentive staff make you feel welcome and provide excellent service.

There were broken tiles on the floor of our room, and the refrigerator was dirty with black fungus.

We had an amazing time at De Zalze Lodge & Residences. The lodge itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, with thatched lodges and 4 poster beds that create a romantic atmosphere. The staff were friendly and natural, making us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was the safari, chosen for us by the staff, which was truly spectacular. We were also touched when the entire staff sang for us in the evening, creating a memorable and heartfelt experience. The location of the lodge is also very beautiful, adding to the overall charm of our stay.

We had a great start to our holiday after doing research on the internet. the views by the pool were amazing, and we enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting. the golf course was better than we had anticipated, and it was going to host the South African Amateur Championship soon.

The walls in the room had bad water damage and the doors were not fixed properly. the decks were also in bad condition and dangerous for young children.
